Edward Donough O'Brien, 14th Baron Inchiquin KP (14 May 1839 – 9 April 1900) was an Irish peer, and the eldest son of Lucius O'Brien, 13th Baron Inchiquin and Mary FitzGerald (also Fitzgerald). He became Baron Inchiquin in 1872 on the death of his father Lucius O'Brien, 13th Baron Inchiquin and was appointed a Knight of the Order of St Patrick on 5 August 1892.
He was appointed High Sheriff of Clare for 1862.
He married Emilly A'Court and together they had the following children; Lucius O'Brien, 15th Baron Inchiquin,
